IDA Ireland (IDA) is evaluating its options regarding its global headquarter offices currently located at Wilton Park House, Wilton Place, Dublin 2. Science Foundation Ireland (SFI), Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) and the Marine Institute are also evaluating their options regarding their offices currently located in the same building.

In this regard, IDA on behalf of itself, SFI, SEAI and the Marine Institute are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI’s) from landlords/developers who are in a position to provide suitable accommodation to meet the following broad requirements;

  • Size: In the region of 9,290 – 11,148 sq.m. (100,000 – 120,000 sq.ft.) net lettable floor area.
  • Parking: Preference to maximize car-parking and bicycle spaces.
  • Location: Dublin 1 & 2.
  • Timing: Fit-out completed and occupation no later than September 2019.
  • Specification: Modern third generation accommodation.
  • Energy Efficiency: Minimum of “B3” BER-rated Building or LEED equivalent.

The deadline for receipt of Expression of Interest is 5pm on Thursday 6th July 2017 and all EOI’s should be delivered to GVA Donal O Buachalla, 86 Merrion Square, D.2 for the attention of Fergal Burke marked “IDA Head Office” or by e-mail to fburke@dob.ie.

EOI’s should include a brief summary of the property and high level information based on the above requirements, to include marketing particulars where available and/or drawings, schedule of areas and general specifications for new development options.

Suitable properties will be selected for further consideration, based on the above requirements and entirely at the discretion of IDA Ireland. Requirements may vary and if necessary IDA reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the above requirements without re-advertising.

It is intended that detailed proposals will be sought for short-listed properties at the next stage.

All queries should be raised through GVA Donal O Buachalla at (01) 676 2711 and must be made in writing if requested.

The onus is on parties to ensure their submission has been received.
